In 2019, Sri Aditya Township officially launched a prestigious real estate gated community, called Akshaya Bliss. We had promoted it in several property shows including a property show, conducted by the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO). It received awesome response from the customers.

Recently, Srikakulam Urban Development Authority (SUDA) has inspected our gated community and plan of actions, approved the Akshaya Bliss officially. We are ready to register the plots to the customers to make their lives happy by making own dream house dream comes true.
