Sri Aditya Township has a clear vision on acquiring the land at Pedakrishnaraja Puram, Jakeru Village, Vepada Mandal, Vizinagaram Dist. and it was introduced by the name Akshaya Gardens on March 29, 2015. Nearly 50% of the plots were sold out unexpectedly by the end of the year of 2015 only because of the significance of the location of the Akshaya Gardens in Visakhapatnam and popularity of our brand name in public.
Sri Aditya Township simultaneously concentrated on developing the project and set a target to complete the majority of the development by the end of 2016. On July 26, 2016, Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) approved Akshaya Gardens for an extent of 30.95 Acres by the L.P. No. 106/2016. It boosted Sri Aditya Township to mould Akshaya Gardens as a perfect VUDA approved gated community of the Visakhapatnam.
As the development of our project is going on, 90% of the plots are sold out by the May 2017. All of our customers are very happy for having their plots in our wonderful project, which is just 1.30 minutes away to Araku Valley.
