Sri Aditya Township officially introduces its prestigious real estate project (An extent of 10 Acres LP. No: 02/2018/VSP) at Adduru, Chodavaram mandal, Visakha District by the name President Estates. It is our seventh real estate project and third DTCP real estate project.
Sri Aditya Township started its journey firstly with a DTCP Approved Real Estate Project (Green Meadows) an extent of 30.95 Acres on September 7, 2014 at Aripaka Village and Grama panchayat, Sabbavaram mandal, Vizag and completed it on November 4, 2015, then we have extended the same project with an extent of 7.37 Acres on November 15, 2015 and completed it in a year. Later, we developed some prestigious VUDA Real Estate projects in various parts of Visakhapatnam.
After one year, Sri Aditya Township once again focused on DTCP Real Estate Project by launching President Estates grandly.
